Project Overview
Carbon, originally launched as Strike Shoes was created with the intention on blurring the line between simple sneaker group and online sneaker automation. In addition to everything that was provided in terms of information, guides, and support, Carbon built, developed and provided exclusive tools that revolutionized the industry.
As the group was private, entry was not easy, and it became of of the most desirable online sneaker groups to exist due to the unique niche nature of the product. Carbon pioneered the concept of group-exclusive software tools, creating a new standard for what private communities could offer beyond just information sharing.
My Role
I founded and led Carbon from its inception as Strike Shoes through its evolution into one of the most exclusive sneaker communities. I was responsible for the overall strategy, community management, content creation, and the development of proprietary software tools that set Carbon apart from other groups.
I managed the technical development of group-exclusive automation tools, curated the member experience, and established the group's reputation as the premier destination for serious resellers. This included developing custom Discord bots, automation scripts, and proprietary software that gave members a significant competitive advantage.
